Needed a little help with electronic dial but all else ver easy and secure. More than I expected!

it's a great safe

Unboxed safe to find three large dents and a crushed corner on right rear. Contacted Sam`s club and they picked it up to be replaced, Two weeks later the replacement showed up, damaged box, and again, damaged safe. This time only two dents, I guess that is a improvement. Called Sam`s again and waiting for answer as to what to do. I want a refund because two damaged safes is enough for me.

Had to remove the interior sides to remove pieces of drywall that were broken off behind the panels. Carpeted sides, floor and top are drywall pieces wrapped in carpeting and pieces were broken off in shipping. Door does not seal solidly. I had to install weather stripping to seal the gap.

I just received the safe today. The box appeared okay, but when we opened it, it was a different story. The welds on the corners are poorly done with flaking paint. There were some dents and gouges on it. But what I didn't expect for there to be weld slag, metal bits and what appeared to be sand inside of it. Very disappointed in this product.
