Safe was double boxed and wrapped. Even so there was a dented top left corner, dent in the left lower side and 1.5 inch scratch in the front. Registered the safe, no phone support at all. No response after a week. Sam's support gave me a partial credit and was very helpful. We kept the safe because nothing is available and didn't know if they will be. Safe is the perfect size though and functions correctly.

I am pleased with the Gun Safe however the packaging was damaged upon arrival and the outside of the Gun Safe did have a couple places were the finished was blemished due to whatever damaged the packaging box. Those that delivered it said that it was damaged when they received it and they had taken pictures before they loaded it for delivery

Perfect size safe for what I need. It appears to be well made and works perfectly. I would have given 5 stars but the safe came with three small dents. One was on the back at the bottom. The box was ripped and the damage appeared to be from a fork lift. There were two small dents on the left side but no damage to the box. I thought long and hard and decided to live with the dents. This seems to be a common theme with these safes. I think they need better QA and maybe change the way they handle and ship.

A great value safe that offers some fire protection for guns and other personal items and records. The large convertible interior is the main thing that attracted me. With 2-4 long guns and maybe 4-6 handguns you will still have plenty of space for personal items, jewelry and cash. Safe was delivered in good shape and the driver brought it into my house just inside the front door. Very heavy (approx. 275 lbs.) but was not hard to move with a 2 wheeled dolly. Mine sits on carpet and was a little wiggly until I bolted it down with the included hardware. Easy to use, easy to set up and a great price. What's not to like?

Overall, this is a pretty great value. It's certainly not a premium product, but it gets the job done. It's not all that heavy so it's pretty easy to move around. You'll definitely want to bolt it to the floor with the included hardware. My only complaint is the shipping. The box was torn in two places and the bottom corner was dented and chipped. Sam's was nice enough to give me a small discount on the product since it was damaged, but it was a hassle to get it.

Not a bad safe for the money. I have a smaller Winchester safe and I think the lock mechanism is a little tighter and smoother on that one. I like all of the shelves in this safe, as I plan on using it for more guns that rifles.

Don't think that this safe will hold 18 guns. I don't have that many yet still had to find a home for a couple of guns. I would list it as a 10 gun safe. Other than that, it seems to be well made and easy to use.
