It came on time, not a scratch. Shelves were all wrapped and easy to adjust. Quality control and packing was great. Nice delivery via Pilot Freight.

Don't think that this safe will hold 18 guns. I don't have that many yet still had to find a home for a couple of guns. I would list it as a 10 gun safe. Other than that, it seems to be well made and easy to use.

Cam damaged still waiting on sam's to issue me a credit or at least contact me about picking it up. I will be thinking twice before ordering something online again from sam's.

1st the delivery guys were awesome! I absolutely am enjoying my purchase decision for this particular safe. The price was fantastic and I love the size, the room inside, the perfect fit into my home. It's ease of access for the key pad to the weight. It's not lite and it's not to heavy. I am adding a inside light so I can see inside of it late at night or in the dark! But I am overwhelming happy with my new safe!

The safe outside has a dent on the upper back right side which is acceptable but the interior is in shambles. The door cover inside that holds the hand guns is off, the "fire resistant" boards broken and the pocket board as well. I'm gluing them all back in with Gorilla glue because I need a locking box ASAP, at least the electronic lock works. It was also hauled upstairs so not worth returning and waiting another 3 weeks. Don't waste your money.$349+tax and $99 delivery fee.

The door has about 1/8" of free play when fully locked. There isn't anything sealing the contents from fire, smoke or water damage despite their claim of a proprietary triple seal which is supposed to do just that. Customer "service" will not respond to my question on this issue. I don't trust that this safe will protect my valuables from these situations, nor do I believe that the company will back their warranty.

I bought this safe the last time Sam's had it on there site.When i unboxed it i noticed there was damage on the top left corner. It was some pretty bad damage because when i tried to close the door it would hit in that spot. So debating on purchasing.

Safe was very damaged. Customer service did little to help.

Worth the money, came sooner than expected.
