Very disappointed in this purchase. I have bought apples regularly with no issues, but this time both bags of apples I bought tasted old. They were somewhat soft.

I was disappointed by the three apples that had soft spots in various areas on the apples. Two other apples had a odd taste to them. Not worth the expense!

Have bought these Gala apples from Sam’s many times and they’re always nice and crisp, stay fresh for a long time in the fridge. Perfect anytime snack.

I purchased my groceries through the app and the apples I was given had a rotten one in it. I just recently bought more and again there was a rotten apple in it.

The first two apples my husband ate were brown all around on the inside of the peel. He stopped eating them and now I’m stuck with 4.5lbs of bad apples…

I enjoy this 5lb bag of Gala Apples. Seldom have any with soft spots. It greatly depends on the time of year you buy whether they are all sweet or some very sour and not ripe yet. But for convenience and price they are quite good.

Most of the the apples was okay but more than four or five was bugged and had stains on like somebody may have talked a fingernail or a knife or something in it so they was not edible

I used the online service for store pickup. So I personally did not pick these. My apples were not to my standards. Several were very yellow and not ready to be eaten. Also there were rotten apples in the bag so that really helped out overall as well. As I said I did not pick these , it was picked by the personal shopper in my local store.

We have always liked Fuji Apples, but the last few bags we have purchased have had beginning of rot in the core. They are not fresh but appear to be last year's crop. We switched over to Gala Apples, and we found that they are crisp and have a lot of flavor.

Four of the gala apples had large areas of bruising. I use the curb side pick up. With my weak immune system, I did not want to go into the store to return the bag of apples. This has only happened once before. I wish you had another way to return items. Also, please answer your phones.
