Excellent on above question all stars lit up no matter which one I chose. Great meat need to offer it on regular basis.

The quality of the burger was great and they grilled well! My family liked them. They cooked quickly!

these are NOT prime rib anything !!! but rather scraps of sinew, thrown in the grinder. impossible to chew. should have remained in the scrap pile save yourself the $$$ and go with the 88/12 ground beef. MUCH higher quality

These burgers are overtly oily. I’ve never seen anything like it. Quality wise, they’re on par with fast food joints. They are very loosely formed into Patties, so be prepared for them to crumble and fall apart.

Meat is good, has a great beef flavor but it makes me angry there is no nutrition label how many calories/ protein is in a serving? Who the heck knows

These were terrible. I was careful to cook these between 160 and 165 degrees. I know why they were discounted. I think the butcher swapped out a cheap cut of meat. I am consistently disappointed with the cuts from the butcher at my local Club.
