We have been pleased with the paper quality and the brightness of the paper. The only issue that we had is each ream was not sealed and had to carefully stack them for future use.

Our multiple cases of copy paper though very heavy, were delivered and stacked out of the weather on our front porch. Driver did a great job and should be commended.

Normally I buy the copy paper in store. But with the coronavirus problems, I ordered it online. Good news - the paper itself looks fine. Not so good - the box was split as were several of the reams of paper. Again, the paper itself appears undamaged. So - I think this is a product to buy in store.

I needed to order a large supply of paper for our office, and the price per case was great, so I ordered 40. Imagine our surprise when they arrived individually! Thanks goodness shipping was free - why on Earth would they not be palletized? Delivery guy and our receiving department were really annoyed! Also because of this some of the boxes had been somewhat crushed. If you plan on doing the same, please be sure to specify that they put them on a pallet and shrink-wrap. Wish I had. Seems like common sense to me.... As far as the product, paper is paper, so nothing to comment on there.

This paper is an excellent value. A case of paper and not a single paper jam in the printer speaks volumes to its quality. The pricing says make the purchase, the finished product is what drives the point home. A nice crisp, smudgeproof printout that lets you take pride in your work at an affordable price - make the purchase!

The paper box was torn apart and the reams were open and shoved in it in all different ways with some packaging around it. They obviously were ripped apart before putting in there to ship. The outer box was in good shape, so they shipped them knowing they were in bad condition! Most of the paper is usable, but every ream was ripped open and some sheets were dirty and wrinkled.

This paper is jamming my commercial printer on a regular basis. I will never purchase it again.

A great product for a great price. Rated as 99.99% jam free. So far it is performing quite satisfactorily for me.

Delivery took very long, aLL the reams packaging was torn the 11 inch w a y. The outside did not look damaged.

Bought this for our business and wish we had gotten something thicker. We print on both sides and the paper is so thin you can easily see what's printed on the back of the page.
