The paper is generally fine. Some of the paper inside some of the reams - about 5-10% - was damaged enough on corners and edges that it could not be used. The box was fine, so the damage did not appear to occur in shipping.

Great buy on paper. Great price and most definitely a great quality of paper. We use for documents, mail-outs and general printing. It serves its purpose for us in the ministry.

I ordered several cases of paper for my office. One box came in with a torn lid that was repaired with packing tape. Each sleeve of paper is torn open and one section came with no sleeve at all. The paper is crumpled, dirty, and the colors don't match correctly. It looks like somebody threw a bunch old paper into the box and hoped no one would notice that it was supposed to be garbage.

The idea is good; great in fact. Paper is usually great, but something went wrong. I ordered a box - full price, without a discount. Driver was gone by the time I reached the door. The box had been ripped open and somewhat taped shut. Most of the reams inside the box were torn open, with paper bent and wrinkled. Significant amount is still usable, but at full price, I sure would like ALL of it to be usable!

Have used Hammermill paper for many years and have always been satisfied with the quality.
