Hammermill paper is the best, always was. But the delivery service Sam's Club uses - Fedex - is the worst. For that reason alone I will not be ordering any more supplies from Sam's. Two deliveries - two very poor outcomes. I will spar me the trouble next time.

So, how would you go about rating copy paper? Exceptionally white, very square corners. If properly folded, will fly a reasonable distance. Was a little miffed that the pieces weren't numbered, and that you have to trust them to put 500 sheets in each ream. Would buy again!

I use this paper on a regular basis. However, when I received this shipment and proceeded to take the paper out of the box, the paper on every one of the packs was torn down the side. I know you have nothing to do with this since you didn't pack it but you may want to make them aware.

I’ve used this paper for many years and it’s great, but sadly the 2 times I’ve had it shipped, it has arrived badly damaged with about 1/2 unusable from each case. Will only purchase “in store” from now on.

I paper is excellent!! I have ordered this paper for over 2 years. The problem is every time it is delivered the boxes are busted leaving some reams of paper unusable.

The reams were torn, paper was wrinkled-would jam our printer. Very expensive and very disappointed. We are never going to have shipped ever again from them. Expensive lesson learned.

not only did this shipment not come on the expected date it took TWO WEEKS to get this copy paper for our office. I would recommend the paper just don't order it from Sams if you need it in a timely manner

I couldn’t be anymore disappointed!! I ordered paper for our office and almost all of it is unusable!!! Every single ream of paper is busted open! I love Sam’s but this is unexceptable!!

Most of my experiences with Sams have been great. I am not sure what happened with this order. Whether the delivery was the problem or whether the merchandiser Sams was the problem.

Our office has purchased paper from Sam's club but this particular brand seems to get jammed all our printers.
