I've been using this shampoo and conditioner for years and always loved it. However, I just purchased new bottles a couple of weeks ago and it is very clear that they have changed the formula. The shampoo, which used to be purple in color, is now clear and very watery. The conditioner now leaves my hair a tangled mess. It's unfortunate, but I'm going to have to find a new product. Seriously, OGX...whoever made the decision to change the formula needs to be fired. This is awful.

The shampoo and conditioner has such a strong perfume scent it actually makes my eyes water. I'm not sure why Procter and Gamble feels as though it needs to make shampoo that is paraben and sulfate free yet push the perfume up so high that it still has damaging effects on our endocrine system. Now I have 40 ounces of shampoo and 40 ounces of conditioner that I dread using because it smells so strong. Buyer beware, if you don't want to smell like an Avon representative then don't buy this shampoo and conditioner.

Product was fine. Top was not secured and lots had leaked out into the box and on other merchandise in box.

I have used this product for many years. I'm happy to see it come in a pump bottle. My hair stylist tells me my hair is very healthy. This is the only product I use.

The shampoo is great but Sam's shipping is terrible. They didn't put any plastic around the bottles and the shampoo came with the lid off and spilled onto the box and other items.

My Sam Club stop selling these. It was awesome they still had it online. Bought some and….of course packaging was poor. Cracked the pump and shampoo everywhere. Sucks but I won't buy again.

Smells great and feels even better! My husband wanted something to help his hair feel more full while he has a longer haircut style. This fit the boxes and i cant stop smelling him!

I normally buy this brand but the thick and full one I believe. The formula is different and I didn’t realize that when buying these. This shampoo makes my hair feel stiff and rough after a shower. Will be returning.

This is the worst shampoo I have ever used. I had to wash my hair 3 times in one shower in order for it to lather. My hair did not feel clean and it looked and felt dry. Don't waste your time or money - please learn from my experience!
