I had to switch up my shampoo bc my hair was becoming too flat! This Shampoo does add some volume, I’ve used it before, but not sure if it may just be the winter that my hair is on the flat side.

I love this shampoo and conditioner. I definitely see the difference in my hair. Stronger and its growing.

I was looking for a shampoo that helped with growth and strength, this is it. My hair had been falling out and every time it would grow, it was too fragile. Within two weeks of using this shampoo, I have a lot of new hair growing and it isn’t falling out as much. I’m sure with more use, my hair will get stronger. Thank you so much for saving my hair!

I normally buy this brand but the thick and full one I believe. The formula is different and I didn’t realize that when buying these. This shampoo makes my hair feel stiff and rough after a shower. Will be returning.

The shampoo is great. Unfortunately, the first time it was shipped to us the cap came unscrewed and 1/2 the bottle had spilled in the box. I returned it, without a problem, and reordered. It was shipped with one thin layer of bubble wrap and the same thing happened, but not quite as much spilled. Since it is available only online, we kept it. Packaging needs to be stepped up.

absolutely awful. Have bought their other shampoos, tried this one. Will not suds. Takes forever to rinse out, hair still feels dirty, flat and oily within a day. Threw it out. Really disappointed, will go back to their coconut shampoo, at least it sudsed up and felt clean after...

I've been using this shampoo and conditioner for years and always loved it. However, I just purchased new bottles a couple of weeks ago and it is very clear that they have changed the formula. The shampoo, which used to be purple in color, is now clear and very watery. The conditioner now leaves my hair a tangled mess. It's unfortunate, but I'm going to have to find a new product. Seriously, OGX...whoever made the decision to change the formula needs to be fired. This is awful.

The shampoo and conditioner has such a strong perfume scent it actually makes my eyes water. I’m not sure why Procter and Gamble feels as though it needs to make shampoo that is paraben and sulfate free yet push the perfume up so high that it still has damaging effects on our endocrine system. Now I have 40 ounces of shampoo and 40 ounces of conditioner that I dread using because it smells so strong. Buyer beware, if you don’t want to smell like an Avon representative then don’t buy this shampoo and conditioner.
