Terrible stay away. More than half is not edible. Do not order

Very disappointing, mostly waste. Photo misleading.

After I trimmed 7 lbs. of beef cheek, I had 2 lbs.of meat and 7 lbs. of waste.

Nothing but fat. I gave up and threw it away. Save yourself the trouble--don't buy. If I could give zero stars I would.

All fat and silver skin. Don't waste your money. Trust me you will regret your time spent and money.

Insane amount of trim and fat. Easily 40-50%. I will not be purchasing again.I will buy chuck instead.

Bought to smoke some barbacoa and everything turned out excellent. But 70% of the package was fat and not edible. Won't be buying them again.

The beef cheek tacos came out perfect. For anyone complaining about fat, you have to know how to trim them prior to cooking and they take a long time to cook. Check out a few youtube videos on how to trim and prepare them. The wait is worth it!

Bought two packs and regret it. Cooked up the first pack and it's more than half (75%) fat and gristle. Very little actual, useable meat. This is going to the dog's lunch.
