excellent cut, delish flavor and texture, fresh out of the plastic. First time I cooked this type of cut using the 500 degree method and it was absolutely divine! Family is still raving.

The Top Sirloin Whole Prime Beef had very little fat, a lot of beautiful meat. Great cut provided to me by the butchers themselves! Thanks to them!

Excellent quality and price.

Excellent meat, not happy with the price increase of a dollar a pound, plus they always sell you much more than you order.
