9 years ago we bought 6 Serta mattresses from SamsClub when we entered our new house. after 9 years they are all still in good shape beside one that sunk in one area. We called the company and they stood behind their warranty and replaced it with a new one. This is a company that stands behind their products. We will buy our future mattresses from them. The Serta Bleu Embrace Hybrid Firm mattress lives up to its name, it is a firm mattress. When it was first delivered, I was concerned that it was too firm, as this is my first time using a firm mattress. I won’t even go back to a soft mattress! While being firm, the mattress still contours to your body and provides great comfort and support. The Bleu Embrace Hybrid Firm mattress has done wonders for my back pain. I don’t wake up stiff and sore with this mattress. As a woman of a certain age with back issues, this mattress has been a life changer. It also has cooling technology which is great for sleepers who tend to get hotter at night and sweat in their sleep. I’m a side sleeper, and this mattress works perfectly for me. I recommend the Serta Bleu Embrace Hybrid mattress and am now a firm mattress convert.

Moving from a soft mattress to a fairly firm mattress took a couple nights to get used to. After a couple night I found myself sleeping through the night. Being a carpenter for 22 plus years there are many mornings I wake up feeling the need to stretch my tight back. I have not woken up with a tight back or felt the need to stretch in the morning after sleeping on this mattress. I wake up ready to go. I am naturally a back sleeper. I find good support across my whole back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is hands down my favorite mattress I’ve ever owned in my adult life. Our household is a diehard memory foam zone. Three beds all from a competitive brand that rhymes with Jasper that we love. But this bed is definitely taking over my previous beloved bed’s space. We didn’t need a new mattress but this one fell into our laps and we are so happy it did. Back pain? None! Hip pain? Zilch. I just had a baby and am finding myself very comfortable when no other mattress has felt good postpartum. The firmness is neither too soft nor too firm. The springs are a welcomed bounce (especially for my 4 year old who has never had the pleasure of jumping on a bouncy bed before). There was limited off gassing when the bed was opened and absolutely no residual smell now!

This isn't as I thought it would be.

I bought this FIRM mattress Aug.01,2024 and it was awesome!, but then (always a but) after a few months it started to sag in the middle, turning it didn't help. So will be returning it within the 120 night return window and try Serta Hello Dreams instead.

I had high hopes because we love Serta and it had good reviews but I cannot recommend this mattress. My back hurts so much after sleeping on this mattress. I wish I splurged and put the money towards an iComfort like we have in our other room. I thought I would be able to save some money and have less quality/comfort but all it has left me with is back pain. Deeply regret my decision. It is way too firm. I am not sure where the hybrid comes into play because I can’t feel the foam part at all. It’s the firmest bed I’ve ever slept on. It’s like a rock.

Initially a very comfortable mattress but after only 3 months this mattress has a noticeable lumpy hole in the center! User is 130 lb woman.
