I like the service we give . Sam’s is the Store we purchase

9 years ago we bought 6 Serta mattresses from SamsClub when we entered our new house. after 9 years they are all still in good shape beside one that sunk in one area. We called the company and they stood behind their warranty and replaced it with a new one. This is a company that stands behind their products. We will buy our future mattresses from them. Thank you for a great service.

I placed a pillow topper on the mattress for longevity, but the quality of the mattress is excellent and extremely supportive. No back pain or kinked necks in the morning.

Serta has created a firm mattress that cradles my body through the night while relieving back pain and pressure on my joints! I normally have difficulty falling asleep and staying asleep through the night but I have slept so well the past 2 weeks on this mattress. Words don’t do this mattress and its comfort level justice. Just get yourself a Serta!

The matress does not have any chemical smell even though it's brand new, which is a definite plus. It is very comfortable and sturdy and doesn't feel too springy or hard even though it's a firm matress. My husband moves a lot at night so a firm matress that doesn't shake along with him is great. Very pleased so far!

This isn't as I thought it would be.

I bought this FIRM mattress Aug.01,2024 and it was awesome!, but then (always a but) after a few months it started to sag in the middle, turning it didn't help. So will be returning it within the 120 night return window and try Serta Hello Dreams instead.

I had high hopes because we love Serta and it had good reviews but I cannot recommend this mattress. My back hurts so much after sleeping on this mattress. I wish I splurged and put the money towards an iComfort like we have in our other room. I thought I would be able to save some money and have less quality/comfort but all it has left me with is back pain. Deeply regret my decision. It is way too firm. I am not sure where the hybrid comes into play because I can’t feel the foam part at all. It’s the firmest bed I’ve ever slept on. It’s like a rock.

Initially a very comfortable mattress but after only 3 months this mattress has a noticeable lumpy hole in the center! User is 130 lb woman.
