I had high hopes because we love Serta and it had good reviews but I cannot recommend this mattress. My back hurts so much after sleeping on this mattress. I wish I splurged and put the money towards an iComfort like we have in our other room. I thought I would be able to save some money and have less quality/comfort but all it has left me with is back pain. Deeply regret my decision. 

It is way too firm. I am not sure where the hybrid comes into play because I can’t feel the foam part at all. It’s the firmest bed I’ve ever slept on. It’s like a rock.
