both times purchased and cooked were unsatisfactory despite following instructions....in the past when they were tough after pre-baking and several hours cooking, i would cook on low extra time, but these remained tough.

I wish there was less fat and more pieces. I like my oxtail to be in short round cuts but this pack had a lot of large thick cuts surrounded by fat. Next time I will probably buy more packs to get more meat.

Too much fat on oxtails and too many large pieces

The quality and the value of this oxtail is truly phenomenal. I am a glad I got this to get through the storm. I made oxtail stew and oxtail pizza.

very fatty. total weight I receive was 3.98 ibs. when I trim left with 2.82 lbs. Lost over a pound!
