I purchased these tires since they are the only low profile speed rated tires on the market with a mileage warranty. I barely have 30K miles on the tires - rear tires are at 3/32 and front tires are at 4/32 - basically worn out. Tire wear is even on all 4 tires. I take good care of the tires - B&R every 6K miles(side to side since F&R are different sizes), alignment min 1 per year and maintain air pressure. I've been extremely gentle with these tires since they cost big bucks and I wanted them to last. I really liked the tires until now. They don't grip as well as summer tires in the curves but I was willing to make that trade if I could get better mileage...OEM were competitor summer tires - got 36K miles before replacing. Ride comfort is very good, low noise; didn't see any difference in fuel mileage between OEM and these tires. I would have given these tires an A+ if I would have written the review shortly after I bought them but with only 30K miles on them, they did not last as long as I expected.

Bought these tires two years ago, put less than 40,000km on them and they are already worn out. I live in Ontario and with our first snowfall yesterday I almost got into two accidents since I was slipping and sliding everywhere. Stay away from these tires.

These Pilot Sport A/S 3 tires are supposedly "Ultra High Performance All Season" but are barely usable on anything but the nicest of summer days. When it is wet, cold, snowy or any weather condition OTHER than perfectly nice and sunny, these poor tires slide all over the place. They have the worst traction in cold than any tire I've ever owned, and by "cold" I mean anything under Fifty Degrees Fahrenheit. That is truly pathetic. Trying to accelerate onto a freeway is a tricky and DANGEROUS proposition for these UHP tires, the back end of my car slides all over the place and just cannot get a grip. Horrid tires, buy ANYTHING else.

Terrible in snow starting, stopping or turning. I REALLY hope I don't wreck my car. Any amout of snow....dusting, blowing, 1/4 inch or 3 inches these tires are simply over matched. Ride is rougher too but I assume that will translate into great grip on the corners when we take it to solo2 this summer.

i bought these tires for for my 04 mitsubishi , and these tires brought new life in my car , the car has better handling in dry or wet weather , the braking is so much better then any tire i've bought. and is so much more quite then the last pair of tires i had .

I put four new Michelin pilots on my car and have driven barely over 20,000 miles on them in the rear tires already need to be replaced for the money you spend whi I am considering purchasing another brand of tire if anyone has suggestions for a comfortable ride and longer lasting wear let me know

An update on my initial review. I had the chance today to take my 135i with the A/S 3's for an extended drive today. I drove a combination of highway, city and rural roads. I can not believe this is the same car. The ride and handling of the car is better than ever and appears to have further improved after getting a few miles on the tires. As I stated earlier, the car is now quiet and all the rattles and creaks that drove me nuts are now gone. My only regret is that this tire was not available when I first purchased the car and that I put up with the run-flats for two years.

When deciding on which tires to recently purchase in May 2015, I almost listened to chatter about these tires being noisy. So glad I did not listen and went with my decades of experience owning Michelins. I really do not understand the noise complaints? After six weeks of driving on these tires, I find them quite smooth and quiet. I feel most confident, safe and love the handling. I can only surmise something else was going on with the vehicles of those complaining about noise. I put these on a Roaster Convertible where my head/ear is close to the rear tire; absolutely no noise from tires with top up or down. Highly Recommend!

These tires are a little expensive but they are very quiet, extremely sticky and very smooth. Used to have a vibration but not with these tires. Went completely away. Definitely very happy and can't wait to see how many miles they last. Only put about a 1,000 miles on them so far. Very impressed.

I have just purchased and installed these beauties on my C7 Corvette Z51. Awesome performance in light snow and icy conditions! I researched tires extensively looking for a cold climate tire for my new Corvette and wnet with the new Pilot Sport A/S 3's all around! This morning before getting the tires, it took 4 attempts to get up my 8% grade driveway on light snowy/icy conditions! Now the Corvette goes right up - no problems! I may just run them all 4 seasons - they are that good!
