Description was wrong. It states 5-7 pieces. There were in fact four. As this order was picked up by my sons they were unaware that I needed more than four briskets to meet the orders I had so we had to scramble to come up with the extra needed. Quality of the meat was fine but ultimately the whole process was quite inconvenient.

The meat product was excellent. Well packaged for transport. The only issue was the number count in the box, the description indicated the box may range between 4-5 units depending upon weight. This package was used in a cooking contest, and it was one unit short. The box should state the Specific number of units instead of average weight. We needed 5 units but only received 4.

I bought one of these for Thanksgiving thinking it would be amazing for the holiday. I opened the plastic and immediately smelled chlorine bleach. The meat and the fat absorbed the flavor of the bleach water it was packed in and never again will I buy anything that does not come vacpacked. Cooked for 14 hours and the smell still had a bleachy air to it. Today, I reheated it and again, tasted like bleach. I am never doing one of these again as apparently these "quality" meats are full of chlorine bleach. The quality of meat coming from Sam's is reprehensible. It isn't just the beef that has that chlorine smell. Never again.

Buy individually. Last box I bought had two trash briskets inside. All fat

Although good in the scale of meats. This box had a considerable amount of fat that had to be trimed.

I'm a fan of Sam's brisket, but the description for a case mentions 5-7 pieces per case, when in reality it's 4-5. You are generally getting more briskets in the 20lb range.

Very small briskets. Large brisket in the display case but the case had very small ones.
