I bought this for an All Class Reunion. They had a limited budget but want smoked brisket. The price and the quality was far exceeded what I expected. Received many compliments from the client. They were very impressed with the brisket.

I bought this because I smoke a lot of brisket for work. The 2 that I have smoked so far were excellent. Will soon be buying more.

Smoked these for inspection departments . Everyone love them . Meat was top quality and tenderness and flavors. We do this every year. This year we had to trim the fat ourselves. 5 of them to a box.

I'm a fan of Sam's brisket, but the description for a case mentions 5-7 pieces per case, when in reality it's 4-5. You are generally getting more briskets in the 20lb range.

The meat product was excellent. Well packaged for transport. The only issue was the number count in the box, the description indicated the box may range between 4-5 units depending upon weight. This package was used in a cooking contest, and it was one unit short. The box should state the Specific number of units instead of average weight. We needed 5 units but only received 4.

Only received 4 large Brisket. And a lot if fat on them

The notification for my orders was unsatisfactory approximately 45 minutes before pick up and the order was not complete. Not giving any time to shop elsewhere.

Buy individually. Last box I bought had two trash briskets inside. All fat

Description was wrong. It states 5-7 pieces. There were in fact four. As this order was picked up by my sons they were unaware that I needed more than four briskets to meet the orders I had so we had to scramble to come up with the extra needed. Quality of the meat was fine but ultimately the whole process was quite inconvenient.
