Strawberry filling was frozen and had a shaved ice texture. The whipped icing was delicious and the rest of the cake as well. It was just not what I wanted in the filling.

This was a beautiful cake. It looks just like the picture. However, I cannot say it is TRULY a tres leches cake (in comparison to a Mexican bakery). It is definitely less sweet and it was a huge hit at the birthday party it was taken to, which is why it is getting a 4-star rating. But it really is not a tres leches cake in my opinion...

i ordered two 10" cakes - they could not have been more perfect! Beautifully decorated and DElicious! My guests were amazed they were from Sams! I was thrilled they were exactly like i ordered! thank you Sams bakery and thank you Laura for your help!

This is an excellent Tres Leche Cake, the only thing I would change would be to get rid of the nuts around the outside. They do not mix well with the light texture of the cake. I have never had Tres Leche with nuts. The light refreshing flavor of this cake is addictive and the strawberry filling is the highlight. The first time I have had people coming back for seconds on a store bought cake.

We buy this cake often. The flavor is great. However, my husband bought one today and it is missing an entire layer of cake! It is the same price, but half the cake. Of course, nobody is answering the phone at the store or bakery. I'll just make it myself from now on.

Very good quality for the price, but, you guys should make changes ahead of time, like no having that jelly and been able to have different fillings, like real fruit or caramel, no crazy about the nuts either, traditional Tres leches don't have nuts.

The bottom layer was too wet and the cake ended up deflating while the middle layer was still icy and partially frozen. I ordered it 24 hrs in advance and let it sit at room temp for hours, there was no reason for the strawberry filling to still be frozen. The icing was good but I would not order this cake again. They have much better cakes I would go to, this was a one and done

Absolutely the best tres leche cake thats store bought.

It a good flavor, my kids love it, but in my opinion it has too much whip cream
