Delicious cake. However requested writing with the online order and was not notified they couldn't do that. When when arrived at store, employee had no idea where the cake was and finally figured out it was just the cake not personalization.

Surprisingly, this cake was very enjoyable. Everyone thought it was very good. Don’t usually get cakes with fruit because they don’t last, but this did very well.

This was a beautiful cake. It looks just like the picture. However, I cannot say it is TRULY a tres leches cake (in comparison to a Mexican bakery). It is definitely less sweet and it was a huge hit at the birthday party it was taken to, which is why it is getting a 4-star rating. But it really is not a tres leches cake in my opinion...

The cake was good however it was for a birthday and when I picked it up, the associate told me, Oh no, we don’t put anything on those cakes. It has to be a birthday cake. The app asked for cake with MESSAGE so it is very misleading and was very disappointing to go to an event without having anything written on a birthday cake. The associate did not show any concern about the situation so that was a little frustrating too. I will know the next time to go somewhere else to buy a cake If I want a message written on it and be thanked for my business.

The cake was frozen so it was obviously not freshly made. The icing on the cake was not smooth. Looked like it had been recycled and they added my message after lifting off the original icing.

Strawberry filling was frozen and had a shaved ice texture. The whipped icing was delicious and the rest of the cake as well. It was just not what I wanted in the filling.

Extremely disappointed. The cake tasted awful. It was like an ingredient was missing. Dry and no flavor. Also ordering system sucks. There is no customization flexibility. Terrible

Ordered tres leches cake with no filling and received cake with strawberry filling. So disappointing!

Unfortunately the cake was partially frozen - I think there were extra left from Cinco de Mayo and it was froze - and then you just put a birthday personalization on it. Very disappointing - won’t buy again.
