Fruit was mushy!!!

I bout 2 of these for a Grand Opening. The fruit was fantastic... however the cheese was OBVIOUSLY soured and rancid. It was too late to take back. I bought it the night before and it was in date! I'm not sure why both were so so bad. We didn't notice it till it was on the tray during the party! There was white bits on the cheese we thought might have just been some anticaking stuff... but now I think it may have been mold.

Ordered for family Christmas. The fruit was sparse to the point you could see the plastic bottom through the whole tray. 15 bucks for 5 strawberries a bit of cantaloupe a bunch of grapes and a handful of blueberries. I had to run to the local grocery store to get fruit to add to the tray to make it enough for our small family gathering.
