A good GF muffin mix!! The muffiins come out light and taste great. Sometimes my wife skips the blueberries and substitutes other fruits, toppings, etc. So much easier than having to buy many ingredients in order to have a good GF muffin (or use to make a coffee cake). Very cost effective too!

Love love love these! These are a great gluten free option for anyone with celiac disease. They have a can of blueberries inside to add to the fresh feel. This brand also had several other options for gluten free baked goods. Would recommend and will be purchasing again!!
