They are so good and soft , they taste like a regular muffin but you just know this one is healthier for you. I replace the regular milk for coconut milk (real coconut milk), replace the butter with extra virgin olive oil and I add cinnamon and vanilla bean extract. Chef's kiss I tell you! As a gluten and dairy free home, these are our favorite muffins BY FAR. I would never know these are gf just by tasting them, they are the most moist muffin and have very minimal ingredients. Prep is super easy and can be made dairy free as well with a milk/butter substitute which is how I make them. The can of blueberries adds a freshness and keeps them moist! There is no funky aftertaste that usually happens with gf baking. I cannot recommend these enough, even if you have no sensitivity to gluten. Please try these!

This item is so good. I really recommend it. It's fun to make and also it's so good that it's gluten-free and I love that about it because certain items do affect my body in this item doesn't and I love it so much so I really recommend it to try it and have a bite of it and it's also fun making with yourself or anybody in your household
