These blue berry muffin gluten free were very good the best I have ever had gluten free.Thank you for caring and making some thing great for us people with celiac.disease. I do add my own blue berries also to increase the flavor.

These are delicious! I follow the instructions exactly with the exception of adding more blueberries and a little lemon juice. They always come out baked perfectly and moist.

They are so good and soft , they taste like a regular muffin but you just know this one is healthier for you. I replace the regular milk for coconut milk (real coconut milk), replace the butter with extra virgin olive oil and I add cinnamon and vanilla bean extract. Chef's kiss I tell you!
