Seriously the pizza is canceled because it's out of stock at 2 PM how is that even possible?

Can't order pizza ahead 😒.  They need to activate that option! By the time I get there they're sold out.

Café online ordering

Ordered pizza for curbside pickup 4-5.
Arrived just before 5. Pizza they gave me was made at 1:57pm.

Pizza was 3 hours old at time of pickup.

Can't choose in store pickup only curbside and it's an extra fee and you can't order when you need to you have to schedule hours an advance

Recipe has changed and I don't like it. It use to be (in last year) pretty tasty and now it taste cheap and gummy.

I get one or two of these a month. Not the best pizza BUT good pizza at a great price equals huge win.

This pizza is why I go to sams and not bjs

First time ordering for hot pizza delivery. Called 3x pizza finally arrived late and cold my guests had left and was supposed to be credited for this order and that never happened either.

Very disappointed!

Was so excited that I could include Sam’s delicious pizza with my curbside pickup!! The associate delivered my curbside items then went back in for my pizza and it was delivered to me like they had just pulled it out of the oven!  Couldn’t even wait till I got home to enjoy a slice!!
