I want to second the statement. Please hire more staff for the cafe (Newington, CT location). Every time we go the line is nearly to the door. We stopped going to the cafe due to the long line and wait time. The poor workers are doing their best but there are just too many orders. Other than that, honest review of the pizza. It is decent. The crust is good but very greasy cheese and my stomach can't handle it. Would be nice if there were a fresh mozzarella option as my stomach handles it much better and I'd be willing to pay an upcharge if needed.

I bought this yesterday May 10 th 2025 by the time I got it …it was oldish,,, because it was late and probably sit around your store til the delivery person got it to deliver to me ,,,also with pizza delivery costing an extra $8.00 it should be treated like anyother pizza delivery with a knock on the door not left on a porch to sit for God knows how long it wasn’t a good pizza day for me and my family but the pizzas were large Thank you

I do not order pizza from anywhere else. I buy 2 or 3 every time I am at the club. we eat some and I freeze the rest. I put it in the air fryer for a few minutes, and it is just like getting it hot at the club My only complaint is that the supreme one is no longer available.

I wish they would add an only sausage pizza to the cafe.

My pizza was old and super dried out. I got my order right away and went straight home.

Dry tasted reheated. Needs a little more sauce>

For the price, 5 stars. it even tastes like Pozza Hut.

Raw crust. Ive had it be like this about 5 times before. Adjust your cooking please

The only option would be thin crust to keep the carb level down to help those of us with diabetes
