This was our first time ordering a pizza from curbside. when did you guys change the pizza? It's been years since we had the pizza, and it wasn't as great as i remembered! They handed me the pizza, and I expected it to be warm if not hot and it was cold. Nasty!! Anyway, I asked the employee if the pizzas were suppose to be hot and he felt the box and said that was about the right temp. Then he said it was really busy at the cafe today.. I'm not sure what that meant.. but anyway, i will never get another pizza again.

Too generic

Biggest problems with Sam's Pizza. 1. I can't take off toppings even though the pizza will be made in the store. No customizations. Personally, I would remove the Italian Sausage. It's the weakest topping. 2. I can't add jalapenos to my pizza. 3. They use the same pizza cutter for all pizzas. If you are allergic to any toppings, you can't eat at Sam's without getting sick. You have to notice it yourself because they won't tell you that they will cut a cheese pizza with the same cutter as the previous 4 meats pizza.

Feeling uneasy about this order online

The pizza is great, but no one wants to order pizza online just so you all can make extra money. Also your employees are just lazy, and really don't want to make the pizzas no way. If I order pizza today I want my pizza today really Sam's club has to do better with all these different changes. Then you in Sam's club an you still have to order online while you in their just looking for something quick, and easy. But no you have to wait like make it make sense then the app tell you that you can not get it until tomorrow. So then who wants pizza now no one.

Horrible Delivery

Hands down worst Sam's experience I've ever had. I placed an online order for pizza, salad kits, plates, and veggies two days before my son's second birthday party, I scheduled the delivery time from 10am to 12am. Upon checking my email for an update at 10ish, I noticed I had an email saying the pizza order was canceled and within 10 minutes the delivery driver was at my home. When I asked why the pizzas were canceled, I was told they would take a hour. Okay, that's fine I'm not seeing the problem… because had he waited he would have still been within the scheduled delivery time! Let's get down to the nitty gritty here, your driver wanted the custom tip which was over 20% of the entire order just to make a quick delivery! Your establishment should be ashamed! Not to mention I still haven't been reimbursed my money for the pizza! But hey Papa John's for the win today!

An irresistible pizza experience.

I ordered pizza today along with other items, and it was absolutely delicious. The pizza was perfectly crafted, filled with a rich medley of cheese and lots of pepperoni. The sauce and crust are flavorful—reminiscent of a mini deep-dish—and I can't get enough of it.

Piza Prty Panic-Canceled order causes reorder Strs

I preordered 7 pizzas for a class party and book the slot for 12-1pm. Just 1 hr before the party , i received a notification saying that they cancelled my order because they flagged it ! I called the customer service and she says they cancelled because of the availability, and asked me to reorder. Ridiculous because i had to take the stress of ordering again from another store and i think i will never choose Sams again ! Heres the exact message “ We're sorry, we had to cancel your pickup order because it was flagged by our policy review team. Any temporary hold on your card should be removed within 10 business days. Please contact your bank with questions. We recommend checking your payment info before placing your order again. View the cancellation overview or reorder items in your order details.”

Sam's doesn't know how to deliver pizza

Pizza arrived damaged. The cheese slid from the center to the edges of the crust. It was lukewarm, and the oil had soaked through the box. As others have noted, the center crust didn't seem fully cooked. I like the idea of hot pizza delivered at this price, but the reality was disappointing.

Used to be great, not even hot anymore

These used to be fantastic, made fresh when you order and always great, not anymore it seems. My most recent order I waited 10 minutes while the app showed as preparing it fresh only to be given a room temperature pizza that was minutes away from the expiration time written on the box from the heated storage they store to pick up and go orders in.

Disappointing!

You take away the frozen and bake at home and now can only order inside. I was expecting a "hot" pizza but nope, just a luke warm pizza. More like just prewarmed from yesterday. Anyone who knows pizza loves to see glistening melting cheese stretch with each bite and perfectly cooked ingredients. Won't be ordering anymore. Will have to air fry 5 mins to get it back to being better than just disappointing but that's not saying much. I will buy from your competitors. Sams had a good thing, but not anymore.
