I came to order the deluxe pizza and was told they no longer sell it. I asked when did they stop and they stopped two days ago. TWO. DAYS. AGO. Why?? It was so delicious, in fact the best I've had. The veggies were so fresh and crisp. First, they stop selling their pizza you can buy and cook, and now the deluxe is gone. It's the end of an era!!!! What is next to go?!

The pizza was a little over cooked (burnt cheese and crust in spots), but overall it was pretty good for a cheap pizza. I made the mistake of ordering for pickup through the app. That was a big mistake that I will never do again. I got a message that it was ready for pickup, but when I got there it was NOT ready. I had to wait over 20 minutes longer, and got a different story every time I asked about it. My only pickup option in the app was for CURBSIDE pickup, but I ended up having to finally go inside and get it from the cafe myself. Not at all happy with this experience. Only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because we did enjoy the pizza itself. At least the slices that weren’t burnt.

Sam’s pizza used to be a favorite of ours, especially considering the price and convenience, but something has changed. I think o noticed it about the time the cafe went to app only ordering. It’s just not the same. The taste is different and it often lacks enough sauce and cheese. I am not sure if it’s shrinkflation or what, but I miss the old pizza. I think picking something up out of the freezer section would be preferable to the cafe pizza considering its current quality and inconsistency. I am giving it two stars, because it is edible, but that is about it.

The first time I had pizza here was a couple weeks ago with my husband. We each got a slice and a drink. Where else can you get lunch for 2 under $6. Tonight we picked up 2 pepperoni pizzas to take home and they were just as good as the first time. For those complaining about burnt or undercooked pizza, you have every opportunity to open the box and look at the pizza before you leave. If its not up to what you expect, ask to have it remade. The employees were friendly, even though they were very busy.

I have placed two seperate delivery orders and payed a little extra for the express delivery within 3 hours, only because my orders included hot pizzas, otherwise I did not need express delivery but the issue is, the "hot pizza" was cancelled from my delivery on both orders ! So not only did I not get my expectef dinner with both orders, but I called the store and there is no refund for the express delivery payment

If your cafe operating hours are 10am - 8pm, I'm in the line at 10:57am and your display is full of fresh pizza's why do I need to wait until 11:30am to place a full size pizza order to go. What was so dishearting I was the only customer and no one else was in line to place an order. After looking perplexed and confused I waited ten minutes but by now customer's are coming and the line was becoming unbearable and unbelievable long. After much thought it did not make sense to have to get back in line wait over ten minutes to replace my order to have to wait another 10 minutes for my pizza that could have been made 30 minutes earlier. Shame on the staff and shame on management. Better organization skills need to be taught. Very displeased Sam's Club Forest Dr. Columbia SC

The pizza is good and priced reasonably. I always ordered the Deluxe whole pizza in the past and was & am disappointed that Sam's stopped carrying it. With the Pepperoni or 4 Meat, there's too much emphasis on meat and lack of choice. I get the Cheese pizza and fix my own at home now that the Deluxe is gone. A web search says the Deluxe is no longer made because it took too long to make?! Well, it takes a while to cut up the 4 meats at the cafe, too. Prep is the key! The Deluxe added the vegetables I wanted without fixing my own at home. Maybe rotate one or all pizzas in the title of my review. You'll get more customers and 5 stars. Thanks.

horrible, unless you like to drink grease. when i got my piece and sat down, i held it up to ket the grease pour off. finally went and got a huge pile of napkins and set out to degrease it so it was edible. When i thiught i wasdone, then i realized the underside had just as muchgrease, and set out to degrease that.

My husband and I thought we'd take the night off and get a pizza. We don't eat out because we can't afford that on Social Security. But we thought we'd give Sam's pizza a try, BIG MISTAKE. It had apparently sat around quite a while before we ordered it. When we heated it (it was cold) and yes we know how to heat Pizza....the crust was hard, it was very dry. It was most certainly made much earlier. We would never buy another pizza from Sam's. BTW, we have noticed Sam's is carrying MUCH fewer grocery items. LOTS of our favorites have vanished.

The pizza was not included with my order! The delivery person informed me that they had run out of pizza. Really? My scheduled delivery window was from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm on a Tuesday. If you are promoting delivery services, you should fulfill them. I paid extra for additional items so we could enjoy pizza for lunch. Furthermore, I placed my order before the store even opened.
