Good pizza for a good price

This was the worst pizza I have had in a long time. There was hardly any cheese or sauce. The crust was doughy %26 our pizza was cold %26 you could tell it was sitting for awhile before we got it. We were even early for our order! I would not buy pizza at the York location, save your money!

Ordered pizzas 2 days early for delivery along with other things. The pizzas got cancelled last minute. Why? - Driver said there weren't any. - Called Sam's Club's useless AI bot then talked to a person who said that the store wouldn't answer her call. - Called the store and they said that the Spark drivers won't go to the cafe and don't like waiting for the pizzas. Can't even file a written complaint that would get escalated to management so that this has a chance to get fixed, all I can do is chat with the AI bot. So, ignore the signs you see in the store to order pizza for delivery, it won't come. They should fix this problem or stop allowing cafe items to be ordered for delivery.

My 4 order item was place at 11:29 am for a 5-6pm pick up today. My 5-6pm scheduled pick up was delayed twice. I had to call customer service twice questioning the delay. My pizza was made and sat for a 5pm pick up. My order was finally ready for pick at 7:45. The pizza was nasty, cold and horrible. The slices were not cut right, they were huge and disgusting. My other orders were messed up as well.

Extremely disappointed with the Sam's Cub (Palmdale) ordering system especially in regards when I had ordered their Member's Mark 16" hot baked cafe pizza the day before. I had planned and ordered the pizza for dinner and had ordered items (beer, milk, et al) in support for the planned dinner ($199.31). At the very last moment they had notified me that the pizza is unavailable and they are sorry? My time is now 5:29 p.m. and dinner is now a total disaster! Very unhappy camper! Not a way of doing future business. If I had known all of this, I would have canceled the whole order!!!

They changed their recipe and quality. Which was not a good idea. plus when we received our pizza it was undercooked, and made a couple individuals at our gathering sick. This pizza used to be the best by far. For value, taste, and quality. Now it's a far cry from that unfortunately. They need to go back to the old recipe and quality before.

Sam's pizza used to be a favorite of ours, especially considering the price and convenience, but something has changed. I think o noticed it about the time the cafe went to app only ordering. It's just not the same. The taste is different and it often lacks enough sauce and cheese. I am not sure if it's shrinkflation or what, but I miss the old pizza. I think picking something up out of the freezer section would be preferable to the cafe pizza considering its current quality and inconsistency. I am giving it two stars, because it is edible, but that is about it.

I added this to my delivery order at the last minute . It was warm when it arrived. I thought that it was pretty good . Bigger than I thought , essentially for the price The only problem was that the pepperoni was very salty . It was completely covered which some folks would love . Next time , Ill order plain . All in all , Ill oder it again .

This was repulsive. Out of the entire pizza I tried one slice and only ended up eating the crust that didn't have any of the terrible topping on it with the slightly weird metallic taste to it. I threw away the rest. It was just awful. This is no bargain at any price.
