Fast lane is not fast during lunch time. Please get the cafe more help during lunch hours they def need it . They are getting beat up back there . And now its too late for refund and im stuck in the "slow lane" for more than 15 min

Ordered for a delivery window between 5-7 on a Friday night. Received a call at 6:30PM to inform us that they were out of freshly made pizza of any kind?

Please bring back the deluxe pizza that one was the very best . You also need to bring it back for even so we can even buy the whole pizza to take home

Everything looked sso good. But I was so suprised when I took a bite and realized it was sooooo SALTY. I tried eating it but my mouth was getting numb!!

Ever since you did away with payment at the pizza counter we have not been able to order any pizza. I’m sure your sales are down it’s so frustrating because on the app it only allows delivery or curb pickup and the slots are gone by time you check out so I’m not gonna wait an extra hour to get your pizza bad business decision

Pizza is good and a good value, however delivery service is very inconsistent. The past two times I have tried to order pizza for delivery, it has been “unavailable”, and the second order I was not even notified, if I had been I would haven canceled the whole order, because the pizza was the only thing I really wanted, but I ordered other things to reach the minimum order for free delivery.

the pizza is good, but the wait time seems excessive. i waited 30 minutes in store for two pizzas last time. I've ordered in store 3 times total, and have never been alerted through the app that it was ready. i had to go ask the clerk. the app should tell you the expected wait time

It looks good. It's very filling. They don't scan your members card or ask for it So currently you can go in without being a member to get your cafe fix. So that's pretty cool. You're not able to collect on earnings though. But the taste is kinda off. They just had a strange taste to them. I'm use to northern pizza taste like hungry howies For the cafe pizza here though the cheese and then for the pepperoni. Bad taste. I haven't tasted any other kinds of their pizza yet so keep that in mind. I only had cheese and then pepperoni.

Ordered a 16 inch pizza at 5:30pm and stated that I would pick it up between 6 and 6:30 pm. Arrived tgere was no order put in. Staff threw the pizza in the oven , 5 minutes later was given a raw pizza. Need to do better. I would've rated it with 1, but the young gentleman was very polite

Let's be clear I LOVE getting Pizza from Sam's I get it often on busy days for my family. I don't eat pork so we get the cheese pizza. This last time I picked up pizzas I think the servers used the same pizza cutter they use for the meat lovers pizza I could taste residue of pork on my pizza. This is just a suggestion to use separate cutters for those who don't eat meat or specifically pork products.
