The pizza is delicious however they need a better system for preorders! I called 4 day in advance to preorder pizza got there to pick up the order and they had not even started it. This is very frustrating when you're planing an event.

Grab and Go - Grabbed a box listed as pepperoni and took it home. Sticker seals the box closed so I didn't think I needed to check. Got home to feed my pepperoni pizza loving kids only to open the box and see ham and sausage on it. Kids don't want to eat it and now I got a whole pizza that we don't care for. Order your pizza and don't trust grab and go. Now I'm trying to upload a phot and it's not letting me. UFA!

Not the best but not the worst, just picked up today for the first time had a four meat and a pepperoni, the main complaints are could have been cooked longer to make more crispy, and cut a little better, other than that was good, lots of toppings, and very big for the price, will only order 1 next time.

I like this pizza but I preorder 10 pizzas for Sunday.sunday arrived and at last minute they saying there not available, but only cheese was not available but they said all pizza run out . I order 8 pizzas all over again pay extra for priority delivery and pay more tip and out of nowhere they had pizzas available and when they arrive they were not warm they where dry.... disappointed tbh I pre-op Friday thinking everything was going to be fine but nooo .

I purchased a Pepperoni Pizza Slice on 17JUN26, Order 398; and Apparently the dough that Sam’s Cafe is using changed because after reheat the Pizza on the microwave with sensor reheat the pizza turned hard to eat or almost uneatable like the one show them on the cafe employee %26 customer service desk. https://share.icloud.com/photos/049toBMA5zioN7ydQU6vFWjwQ

I ordered a 4 meat pizza and a pepperoni pizza. The 4 meat was lacking in pepperoni. Had maybe 6 on the whole pizza. The pepperoni has hardly any cheese on it! Im talking a frozen pizza amount of cheese. This really was sad. Come on Sam's. You can do better! Btw, I really miss the take %26 bake pizzas! Our Sam's no longer sells them!😢

Love the always hot and ready togo

I really enjoyed the premade pizza. Very convenient.

The pizza is always good. I would recommend pre order.

They changed the crust and it’s horrible. Definitely won’t be getting it again. Used to be our favorite pizza in town.
