The lids on the Dixie hot/cold cups crack after about 10 minutes. I started noticing it 4 months ago. Did the company change the type of plastic they are using? See photo. The lid no longer fits tight. It's really bad when it cracks by the drinking spout. The coffee then leaks on you.

I bought another pack of the coffee to go cups bc that's all I drink my coffee out of on the way to work and this pack I put the lid on and everything is great, by the 3rd or 4th sip the lid cracks and there goes by clean scrubs for the day. Coffee all over me!!

I bought a 66 pack of Dixie go-to cups for making coffee in the early mornings before work and taking them on my bus route with me. Within an hour of each brewed cup the Dixie to-go cups start leaking at the seam. Not durable at all and will not be buying them again.

Loved the idea of having a to go cup to just drink and throw away on the run however didn't even have my coffee for 15 minutes and it is already leeching through the cup not very good quality. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and it has happened with four of the cups out of the bag so far, I will be returning them to the store.

I've been buying the to-go cups for quite some time now the past two packages I bought have been defective, the bottoms blew out spilling coffee everywhere burnt my boyfriend's ankle I threw that batch out open the second pack only to find none of the lids fit properly, they kept falling off and coffee kept spilling everywhere, so I threw that batch of Cups out as well I've included a picture to show how the bottom blew out, needless to say I'm a little skeptical about buying these cups again never had a problem before until now, not sure if you're using cheaper materials to make the cups but I would like an answer or some type of response why this happened to the two packages I bought thank you Monique Jenoure

I don't like the polystyrene foam cups. when I push the lid on, the cup collapses and coffee spirts out of the sip hole on top. This is the white cup with the geometrical diamond patterned. I have look on the dixie website and no way to contact them just to let them know so be careful with these cups.

Seven cups had large very soft spots. Difficult to hold and use cup.

Just opened a package of these cups and they leak at the seam as soon as you fill them with hot coffee

I e been using 16oz to go cup for years. You changed the composition of the cup it weeps coffe and leaves rings and stains.

I'm a senior that doesn't like doing dishes. The Dixie products are perfect for me. Strong and they don't leak.
