I bought 2 packages of hot cups a couple of weeks ago. The first one was fine but the second pack had cups that leaked through before I even finished my coffee. I was very disappointed. That's why I buy Dixie so they hold up better.

A co-worker was heating water in the microwave in his cup and we smelled something burning. When he took his cup out of the microwave he saw that the bottom of the cup was smoldering.

I’ve been using the Dixie cups and lids for years and they’ve been great. In the last few months every lid cracks within 10 minutes and coffee spills every where. Are you making your lids cheaper these days? If so, I’ll have to buy elsewhere!

Horrible I bought 4 different packs of these cups and have had nothing but horrible things happen the cups leak more than not. I bought them last year during this season they were great! This year nothing but problems

These cups are advertised as "microwave safe" and they most definitely are not! I put the cup in the microwave, without the lid, for 20 seconds, and the cup came out melted and burnt on the bottom. Definitely not safe to microwave.
