They work great with hot drinks too! I have been using them for my coffee when i leave the house. They are sturdy and strong. Its just like a cup you would get when you order "out" some where. I love the spout to drink from. Such a great idea to make these cups for home use. Definitely I will be purchasing these for now on! I would recommend these to everyone!

They are sturdy to hold on to once you pick them up. The cup is very thick and keeps my coffee warm. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the DIXIE TO GO PRINTED PAPER CUPS WITH LIDS, 12OZ HOT CUPS, 14CT about a month ago, and they have absolutely served their purpose and more. I actually bought these to take with me to my Tue classes for coffee and they were perfect. Then unexpectedly, my son had to have a dental surgery, he's 11 and has down syndrome, and afterwards, he couldn't drink from a straw for a few days. I had no idea what to do, because he is pretty dependant on straws, as he has poor muscle tone due to the down syndrome. I remembered I had those cups and decided to give them a try. It was perfect! I couldn't be happier with my purchase! They were durable enough for him and also for my coffee on the go. So portable too! I love the lids, and they are very secure. I turned my 11 year old lose with them and had no fear!
