Overall the Simpson pressure washer, Megashot 60763, performs quite well at it's job. My issues would be with it's design. The pull starter is obstructed by the throttle lever and the fuel cut-off valve. This can cause excess wear on the cord and you need to be careful not to hurt your hand when pulling it. Also, the throttle lever has play in it and can easily be moved too far as it does not have a good stop past the choke position. I bought it based on high ratings on several different sights. Overall, it does a good job. I will wait to see how it does over time.

I've used my new washer for about two weeks. It started with two pulls, has great pressure and has a great selection of spray heads. But this unit likes to walk around.It's continually moving around. If it weren't for the water hose this thing would leave home. This is a problem that I would like to have resolved.

I had previously used only an electric power washer. Wow, what an improvement with the Sampson! I am almost 70 years old, but this washer is easy to roll, connect, start and get the job done! You have four nozzles to chose from, no flat tires to worry about and clear instructions for set-up, use and maintenance. I would recommend it to anyone.

We have had for about two weeks. I read other reviews before purchasing, some good and not so good. After unboxing and assembling, I think some of the negative reviewers were either unfortunate buyers or buyers that may have hastily assembled their machines not paying close attention to details. A few negative examples I recall reading were leaking hoses (I had no issues with mine, possibly not tightened properly for those that had issues) not enough oil in the bag shipped with the unit (There was enough in mine, likely new clean oil being difficult to see on the dipstick rather than not enough provided), engine not starting or staying on (second pull until out of gas for me) My suggestion is to read the owners manual carefully and follow it to the letter. So far I have cleaned the siding on the house, and a large paver patio and the cleaning performance with the 15 degree head is just right for heavy soiled areas. Cleaning - It cleaned well without much going over the same areas. Engine - As mentioned previously, The unit started on the second pull and ran until out of fuel. Fill the tank pull the cord and fired right back up again. Pumping - no issues, even saw the pressure relief valve work as it should when not releasing pressure from the handle / wand. Maintenance - So far the only complaint I have is the convenience or inconvenience of the oil drain plug. The manufacture suggests an oil change after 5 hours and the simple bolt oil plug and location does not provide enough clearance to drain directly into a container for catching the used oil. Tipping the machine up a little helps but I just want to take the plug out and let it drain without tending to it. I have not used pump protector fluid yet but plan to if not used in the next week. Again follow the manufactures suggestions. One item to note. I have quite a few small engine appliances 2 and 4 stroke. I suggest spending the extra money for non ethanol canned gas you can buy at most of the big box home stores. This eliminates the issues that ethanol fuel can cause in the fuel system and no need to add fuel treatments to stabilize an ethanol product. it is more expensive but cheap insurance that your small engines that may be stored for months are not useless due to ethanol fuels.

I Replaced my old 1800 psi washer with this one. I was skeptical that it would peel paint, but found it has no problem doing that with about an nozzle. I am totally satisfied so far...used it 5 times in two weeks. I would have given it a 5 star, but I think I need to see how well it holds up. At this point, I would recommend their equipment

This pressure washer is very easy to maneuver around, it's very light. The handle could be longer or higher up. It start's very easy which is nice. It doe's a nice job cleaning, 3100 psi and 2.4 gallons per minute works well to clean my pool deck, driveway, sidewalk, etc. No good way to store the wand and hose though on this machine. The machine won't sit still unless you put it in the grass, it move all over the place otherwise. The rubber bumpers on the bottom leave rubber markcement as it moves around but easily washes off. I am happy the purchase though.

When I decided to use this pressure washer it leaks gas from the tank and it's a hassle to get fixed got the 4 year warranty an couldn't use cause it was still under factory warranty this is a headache I will never buy anything machinery online again cause it's a hassle take my advice

I bought this washer to clean my driveway/siding/fences. I had a small electric washer which left me wanting for more power. I found a good deal on this washer and liked that it's made in USA and should be much easier to replace parts on if they fail. For the price you get a brand name Kohler engine and a replaceable pump. The pump is usually the thing to go out on these units in general so that was a big deal. The unit supplied good power and with the 0 degree tip even blasted a line in my concrete while I was trying to remove stubborn mold spots. The engine ran about 90 minutes on a full tank and ran rough for the first 2 minutes, things smoothed out from there. My only real complaint is the vibrations caused the unit to slowly twist, but it is an engine on a small frame, to be expected I guess. It came packed well with no damage and the engine was quiet enough that I could use ear bud headphones and never found myself struggling to hear my music. Great product overall.

Runs great and performs very well. Starts very easy. Very good pressure washer for the homeowner for the money. My only compliant is the location of the pull start cord handle in close proximity of the fuel shut off valve and choke / off controls. It might be just me but my hand came in contact with these controls while pulling the start cord a few times. Also, while cleaning my concrete around the house the motor mount to chassis bolts started working loose. I grabbed a wrench and tightened them all without any further issue. I still gave it four stars because you can wear a glove when starting if this becomes an issue and use a wrench to tighten loose bolts after initial run-in.

My old pressure washer finally quit so I began my search for a replacement. After reading many reports and reviews I selected this PW. Other equipment I have use Kohler engines so I felt no need to pay more for the Honda engine. The engine starts right up and provides plenty of power. Pressure washed my deck, driveway, tractor and rinsed off the truck. The different spray nozzles come in handy and are easy to switch. Pretty stingy on gas consumption so I don't miss the more frequent refills that were necessary on my old PW. Very light and easy to move with the bigger wheels that will never go flat. Very pleased.
