I bought this not long ago and so far the biggest disappointment has been in the pump. The pump head where your water source connects is designed to fail(break). It is intentionally extra long and skinny with no real support. Other than that this thing seems great ! Easy to assemble and use.

I use it for everything that needs cleaning!

Leaked gas from the air filter as soon as I filled the tank. It's been at a service shop for two weeks. At least Simpson is taking care of it.

This power washer does what it is supposed to do - clean! This unit is easy to move around with sturdy rubber wheels. Easy to assemble with directions included.

This unit has 2 major design flaws: 1. The units "walks" badly from the vibration, support bushings need installed to absorb the vibration. 2. The unit has a metal heat shield with the word "HOT" cut out of the shield, however, the shield is mounted too close to the engine and it will create a significant burn if touched, it should be mounted further away from the heat sounce. If these 2 items were corrected, I would rate it 4.5-5 stars.

I bought to this washer to first clean my concrete patio and remove paint from it. I had to use a paint stripper but the washer has some power it cleaned the grim and paint off the concrete. I also use it to clean our outlaw sprint race kart instead of going to car wash and it does the job. I am going to stain the patio and next clean our garage floor and stain it. Also we own a rastraunt and I will use it to clean the parking lot and dumpster area have not done this yet but I am sure this washer will do the job. Only one dislike about it is that the sprayers hose is so darn hard to re role up and get it right to store it on the machine like in the picture I wish it was more flexiable oh and also it would be nice if the wheels were better they do seem to be cheap I may change them myself to some tougher ones. Great machine works well for me.

I bought this at the first October, used it once so far for stripping paint off my steel siding worked great, great pressure. Out of the box was easy to put together, put oil and gas in started on the third pull. two things I don't like is the low handle which i think is meant for easier storage and short hose. I bought a 50 foot hose for the pressure washer a friend had given me so I put it on, also a 0 point swirling nozzle which really took the paint off.

The unit works great, however, I had a problem during set up that was not covered by the instructions. The output fitting for the pump, which appears to be brass, is really aluminum which ended up cross threading with the hose coupler (also aluminum), ruining the hose and the output fitting. I would strongly recommend adding anticize to the threads before attempting to connect them.

Followed all procedures (better than spec gas, added recommended ethanol reduction additive, oil, and validated/double checked all. I have had many similar machines - and 2 previous power washers. Know how these operate. It starts on one pull - and does power wash effectively- but dies after 2 min tops… and will not restart. Also, it vibrates too much and bounces/rotates - which is not a good design. Users not accustomed to power washers would burn hose on muffler shield due to this ^^!!!

Mostly happy with unit. Couple of things to watch is make sure when you shut the washer down to turn off the gas. If you don't it will flood the carburetor. Also watch the hose, I have only used the unit for about two hours and the hose was on something motor or pump and melted a hole in it. Needs something to keep hose away from this while operating.
