Great Power at a Great Price!! I was very skeptical but this washer has passed with flying colors. Another added plus is that it's my understanding this is easy to upgrade to a more professional pump, hose & gun. The only thing I would change is the hard wheels, they make it easy to move but unit does bounce around alot.

I waited to write a review until after I had used this pressure washer a couple of times, and so far I've been impressed. This is a powerful unit. If something can be cleaned with water, this Simpson power washer will clean it. This unit came well packaged, and assembly was pretty straightforward. The only thing I thought odd was the amount of engine oil included for the Kohler motor - it wasn't enough to fill the engine. I had read this in other reviews, but assumed any manufacturer would surely know how much oil it takes to properly fill their own product. I guess not. Other than this head scratcher, the Kohler motor seems to be a great little engine. Overall I consider this power washer to have been a great value, and as an added bonus, it's made in America.

Purchased a month ago and have used it for about 7 hours total. Assembly was easy and cranked on the first pull. The only issue was the nuts holding the motor to the mounts vibrated loose but after tightening them down it hasn't been an issue. Would highly recommend.

When I decided to use this pressure washer it leaks gas from the tank and it's a hassle to get fixed got the 4 year warranty an couldn't use cause it was still under factory warranty this is a headache I will never buy anything machinery online again cause it's a hassle take my advice

We have had for about two weeks. I read other reviews before purchasing, some good and not so good. After unboxing and assembling, I think some of the negative reviewers were either unfortunate buyers or buyers that may have hastily assembled their machines not paying close attention to details. A few negative examples I recall reading were leaking hoses (I had no issues with mine, possibly not tightened properly for those that had issues) not enough oil in the bag shipped with the unit (There was enough in mine, likely new clean oil being difficult to see on the dipstick rather than not enough provided), engine not starting or staying on (second pull until out of gas for me) My suggestion is to read the owners manual carefully and follow it to the letter. So far I have cleaned the siding on the house, and a large paver patio and the cleaning performance with the 15 degree head is just right for heavy soiled areas. Cleaning - It cleaned well without much going over the same areas. Engine - As mentioned previously, The unit started on the second pull and ran until out of fuel. Fill the tank pull the cord and fired right back up again. Pumping - no issues, even saw the pressure relief valve work as it should when not releasing pressure from the handle / wand. Maintenance - So far the only complaint I have is the convenience or inconvenience of the oil drain plug. The manufacture suggests an oil change after 5 hours and the simple bolt oil plug and location does not provide enough clearance to drain directly into a container for catching the used oil. Tipping the machine up a little helps but I just want to take the plug out and let it drain without tending to it. I have not used pump protector fluid yet but plan to if not used in the next week. Again follow the manufactures suggestions. One item to note. I have quite a few small engine appliances 2 and 4 stroke. I suggest spending the extra money for non ethanol canned gas you can buy at most of the big box home stores. This eliminates the issues that ethanol fuel can cause in the fuel system and no need to add fuel treatments to stabilize an ethanol product. it is more expensive but cheap insurance that your small engines that may be stored for months are not useless due to ethanol fuels.

Followed all procedures (better than spec gas, added recommended ethanol reduction additive, oil, and validated/double checked all. I have had many similar machines - and 2 previous power washers. Know how these operate. It starts on one pull - and does power wash effectively- but dies after 2 min tops… and will not restart. Also, it vibrates too much and bounces/rotates - which is not a good design. Users not accustomed to power washers would burn hose on muffler shield due to this ^^!!!

I bought this at the first October, used it once so far for stripping paint off my steel siding worked great, great pressure. Out of the box was easy to put together, put oil and gas in started on the third pull. two things I don't like is the low handle which i think is meant for easier storage and short hose. I bought a 50 foot hose for the pressure washer a friend had given me so I put it on, also a 0 point swirling nozzle which really took the paint off.

My initial thoughts were negative due to the pressure hose springing a leak within the 1st 45 mins of usage. This rendered the machine useless after I had spent hours mobilizing equipment, staging and prep to get the house cleaned prior to weather setting in. After calls were made another hose arrived 3 days later. Since, the machine has performed very well, performs as specified, thus I'm satisfied with the purchase

Runs great and performs very well. Starts very easy. Very good pressure washer for the homeowner for the money. My only compliant is the location of the pull start cord handle in close proximity of the fuel shut off valve and choke / off controls. It might be just me but my hand came in contact with these controls while pulling the start cord a few times. Also, while cleaning my concrete around the house the motor mount to chassis bolts started working loose. I grabbed a wrench and tightened them all without any further issue. I still gave it four stars because you can wear a glove when starting if this becomes an issue and use a wrench to tighten loose bolts after initial run-in.

I've only had it a few months and used it twice, but so far it is excellent. It is more compact than other washers, starts easily, and has great pressure. The 5 different nozzles work well for different applications. I used the soap dispenser and it worked well. Great value.
