Michelin Defender2 - 235/65R18 106H Tire

So far I love how smooth these tires ride.  My first set of michelins.

AWESOME TIRES BEST SMOOTH RIDE

I am very disappointed with the Michelin Defender 2.  The 4 tires are rated for 80,000 miles.  However, I am experiencing uneven wear (feathering) on al 4 tires at 12,000 miles.  I have documentation to prove I have been aligning my tires at Firestone since the tires were purchased new.  The shocks and struts are new on my vehicle.  However, I am experiencing noisy tires, and the roads feel bumpy all the time.

Poor Reliability

Ordered tires and made appointment for installation online.  At the store they were waiting for me when I walked up to the counter.   Technician said it would take about an hour which is exactly what it took.  Professional, on time and quality service.  Everything you look for in a service center.  Great job!
