Quiet, high milage, and Michelin dependability!

Just replaced the tires (Dunlop) that came on my 2025 Toyota Camry with the Michelin Defender 2 tires. These are great tires with amazing traction. Very low road noise to the point that I was hearing my hybrid making sounds that were not noticeable before due to NOISY Dunlop tires. With high milage and the dependability of Michelin, I anticipate a good ride for the next 50K miles. Well done Michelin.

Waiting for Tires to be Installed

I haven't had the tires installed as of today - on Friday, will be my 3rd appointment. Chris has been very apologic - it's not his fault. This department is "under staffed". Both times I went for my appointment and there was only ONE person working. Sam's has to hire more people for this department otherwise Sam's will be losing customers as well as the employee(s). I've been patient knowing Chris has been under pressure working alone. The other day there was another employee who was working by himself. Think Chris may have been off. May be their salary should be increased to keep good help. I would have rated with a "5" star, but since I haven't had the tires installed yet, I gave it a "3". No reflection on the employee(s) but on Sam's Club for not hiring people or having other Sam's location cover at this location in Deptford, NJ.

Poor Customer Service in Tire Dept

This is about the poor customer service I received Sat, 5/30, by a bearded, pony tailed guy in the tire dept that claimed he was the manager but his shirt did not have his name or title on it and he was not wearing an ID badge either so I don't know if he was a dept manager or not. He never bothered to identify himself, apologize for this employee's (Williamd S) mistake or offer any accommodations. Two weeks ago I made an appt, in person, for Sat, 5/30, 2 pm, to have my tires rotated per warranty %26 was given a business card by William S with the appt info written on the back by William. When I arrived, he checked in a man who stated he had a 2 pm appt. I showed this guy my appt card that William S had written on the back of his business card stating Sat, 2 pm but he had apparently written 5/29 instead of 5/30. It's not my fault William was either careless or didn't know what he was doing. This so-called manager did say I could sit and wait hours Sat if I wanted my tires done then. That told me he intended to have me sit there intentionally until closing at 7 pm and take me as the last person. He could have offered to see if I could have came back at a later time that day but kept saying he was not going to rotate my tires unless I sat there for "hours and hours". I showed him the card William gave me with Sat, 2 pm on it %26 he implied that that did not matter. He checked in a man that said he had a 2 pm appt and paid $900 for tires. Since my visit was covered by my warranty, he made it obvious he had no interest in providing me any customer service and also would not be surprised because I'm an older female and they already had been paid last year for my tires/warranty. I would think they would be concerned enough that they hire quality staff to give their customers the great customer service that Sam's Club is always claiming to have. Their employees and especially managers, are the ones that represent Sam's Club to the public and can help or harm Sam's reputation. This guy certainly harmed Sam's reputation. Nothing was done to rectify this so at this point I have no interest in buying any products from this dept in the future.
