Mu hubby loves it ! Easy to cook

I asked two different employees in the meat section if this was a brisket as I was planning on smoking one. The four briskets they had available that day were more fat than meat so that's why I was considering this one. Both employees assured me that it was. Well imagine my surprise when I opened the package and found a bunch of smaller chunks of meat. My family is going to eat it because I can't afford to throw away 83 dollars worth of meat but no one is going to be happy at my house. This was for a family get together. Thanks Sams, train your employees better.

I am not sure what it is or how to prepare it. I made the purchase in hopes of getting a good cut of meat to do something with. Now I know it is Choice Angus Whole Beef Special Trim, Cryovac. I am looking forward to it.

What happened to this cut. Not the same as previous years. We threw it all out because not even the dogs would touch it. Absolutely the worst and a horrible response from Sams Club on my complaint. Never again.
