i could not pick this up in curbside after 30 minutes of waiting the i had to get off to get this cake myself

The cake was nice looking but dry and too much frosting the cake layers was sliding off. Did not like ordering on line.

This cake was horrible! The texture of the cake was frothy, and the icing was like a foam texture. There was no distinct taste or separation between the cake and the icing. After one slice I threw it in the trash.

Taste of the cake always 100%. The writing on the cake horrible the last three cakes that I’ve purchased, the. handwriting looked like a 1st grader wrote it.

I ordered a cake the day before I wanted it. It was ready for pickup and tasted amazing. The frosting looked great and the cake was moist. It was like cutting into butter when I cut the cake.

I ordered a birthday, it was not icing all the way part of the cake showed it was missing a piece of cake they filled it with icing, I ordered light blue I got bright dark blue, it was not close to straight , the lady there said sorry and gave me icing to fix it myself, it was my daughters birthday so it was this or no cake, and of corse it will not let me add a photo, when I talked to chat they was rude and disconnected

I ordered a 2 layer round chocolate cake with whipped frosting and what we got was a cake covered in tons of buttercream and sprinkles (did not order sprinkles nor did it show that it would come with it on the pic) so hard we thought we had a took cracked on the birthday guy (my husband). Huge disappointment!

If you can complain I believe one can, also give praise when it is due. We bought a custom round cake from Sam's for my mother-in-law's birthday, we had bought one a few years ago and if was OUT OF SIGHT! To my surprise the quality was still as good if not better than the 1st cake we had bought. I ordered the cake about a week before we needed it. The only problem with online ordering was I couldn't get what I wanted so I called in to the Bakery and spoke with a lady that was able to customize the cake to what we wanted. Which now I understand this is NOT possible as Sam's wants to be another tech store instead of giving the customer what the order says, "CUSTOM CAKE"! I tried to 2 days to tell someone at the Murfreesboro TN store how pleased we were with the cake but there was ONE NO at that store that could answer the phone. I called in to the Sam's Customer Service. I could not get passed the A1 intelligence, for every time I said Praise, good job etc. the system didn't know what I was speaking of. I then said COMPLAINT and the system knew right away what I was talking about. Really sad that the top-notch tech store still seems to be not so top notch!

Birthday cake design was the Balloons. Little did we know it had these "candy" balls on them. They are white, so they blend with the cake. They are super hard! If your teeth are already fragile well good luck. I had to try and scrape the sides off the cake off carefully and leave a little frosting, just to take those jawbreakers off. Otherwise the cake was good and made to order. I just wish they not use those gross teeth cracking sprinkles!

The cake was moist, delicious and everyone raved on how fresh and perfect the cake was.
