I ordered a custom cake but the cake was partially decorated. They did not have the happy birthday writing in the cake. After I picked up my cake I had to ask them to write the happy birthday message on the cake. After all the cake was delicious.

Placing your order for one store and it ends up at another store it was very difficult to place this order. Where is the Customer Service calling It would’ve been a lot easier and faster.

Good taste- Too much frosting though. Hate!!! Having to order online only. You get less options and you have serious anxiety until the day you pick up your even cake. Scary.

The cake was delicious and beautifully decorated. It was such a bargain at the price of $16.98. It was huge and can feed at least 20 people. We had the white cake with chocolate buttercream frosting! Yum! My family loved it!

Cake was tasty and was a hit… BUT…The app was very difficult to use and confusing. The writing on the cake did not match the requested text. Billed twice for same cake.

They decorated this cake so beautifully! The sprinkles, gumballs, and other edible decorations made the cake look so fun! It was also delicious and Very moist! It was almost completely gone the same day because people wanted more of it!

Message was spelled incorrectly and the font I chose was not what I received. I clearly typed what I wanted and how but received the complete opposite.

For the money, this is the best deal in town! I was in charge of buying the cake(s) for our high school reunion, and it was delicious. The only downside: we wanted maroon or burgundy icing, which they couldn't do. Oh well...

I ordered this plain white frosted so I could add my own cake topper. It was a beautiful white, smooth frosting and the white cake was very moist and delicious. I will definitely be ordering again for future events!
