This cake was delicious and reasonably priced. I do wish we still had the options to customize that we used to. Now limited to white or chocolate and flowers or not. But still a great bargain.

Quality of cake was very good. Would have preferred the choice of half white/half chocolate. Icing color choices were not aesthetically pleasing. Colors were too harsh and limited combinations.

Cake was great but I ordered chocolate and received vanilla. There was no way of knowing until we cut into it. Unfortunately it wasn’t eaten very much because of this mistake.

At first I didn’t like the fact that I couldn’t just place my order with an actual person but it turned out to be quite easy placing the order through my phone overall I’m at a 8 satisfied

The cake was delicious! We always buy these birthday cakes and our entire extended family love them! And there are so many options to choose from. We also used the sheet cakes for a wedding with lots of compliments.

I ordered a custom cake but the cake was partially decorated. They did not have the happy birthday writing in the cake. After I picked up my cake I had to ask them to write the happy birthday message on the cake. After all the cake was delicious.

The cake top layer was sliding off to the side so the cake did not look pleasant for presentation/display at my grand daughter's birthday party that I hosted. Very disappointing.

Cake was exactly I needed to build a 4 tier cake for my husband's 75th b'day. Moist and neat. Great value and the bakery professionals were kind and timely.

Cake was beautiful but it started to split down the middle after cutting a few slices. I later noticed the layers were not even and lots of frosting was used to fill the gap.

By far the best birthday cake we have ever had! This was not only an affordable cake but tasted great! Moist cake, delicious icing, beautifully decorated!
