Cake was great but I ordered chocolate and received vanilla. There was no way of knowing until we cut into it. Unfortunately it wasn’t eaten very much because of this mistake.

Cake was exactly I needed to build a 4 tier cake for my husband's 75th b'day. Moist and neat. Great value and the bakery professionals were kind and timely.

Cake was beautiful but it started to split down the middle after cutting a few slices. I later noticed the layers were not even and lots of frosting was used to fill the gap.

The cake was very moist and flavorful. It was decorated nicely. The bakery staff were very courteous, taking our order. And we could not believe the modest price!

The cake was delicious! The club did not have the graduation decorations that we ordered. No apology- no discount- no notice that we would not get what we ordered. We were told they were out and that was that.

The bakery staff was incredible and did a greAt job finishing the cake early when I showed up before my pick up window. The cake itself was moist. The frosting, however “tasted cheap” and is the only point of feedback I have.

I have ordered custom cakes several times and have been pleased every single time. They look great and are decorated exactly how I imagined them to look. You can't beat the price and they taste great.

This cake was giant! I was really happy with the size and decorations. Everyone at our party was really impressed with how good the cake tasted too. This was an amazing value! I will order cakes from here again.

Cake was beautiful and delicious but I found it difficult to describe how I wanted the wording spaced and had a VERY difficult time calling the store Bakery. Once reached (4 trys) however, it was perfect.

I used to get my cakes from touched of elegance but now Sam’s cakes are amazing. I get their buttercream and whipped cream frosting and I like them both and the cake is so soft and fresh. They decorate nicely as well.
