FitBit has turned into pure junk (since Google bought them) I have owned Fitbit products for 7 years. Always would get at least 2 years out of them....but NO MORE. I originally got a versa 3...It died in a month....Sams let me trade to a charge 6....It lasted 92 days....Sam still gave me a refund even though it was past their 90 day return policy...DONE WITH FITBIT

Bought it around February, March 2024, and it is no longer working. Bought it because of heart rate monitor incase my hr was too high or low and it never let me know. I am currently having a high hr and wanted to keep an eye on it. Don't waste your money. Now I have to buy a new watch. Sticking to Samsung or Garmin

A little over two years old and the watch connector for the band has broken and watch is now unwearable. This is after the white watch band broke a little after the first year. I would not buy anything associated with Fitbit going forward. My original Fitbit lasted forever, this new stuff is trash in my opinion.

I replaced my previous fitbit with a charge 6 for Christmas 2023. The features are great! I have taken care of it, I don't charge the battery to 100, I don't submerge it in water, etc. By February it had quit holding a charge. Fitbit customer service was great, a replacement was mailed to me quickly. Now I have the same issue with the replacement. After 15 minutes with customer service on the phone, I will have a replacement once I mail my device to them. But, I expect a better quality product, it should last more than a few months.

The Charge 6 has some better features than the Charge 5. (Maybe the difference is the Google takeover?) My Charge 5 died - went completely black. I purchased from Sam’s to get it sooner than on-line. My only wish is that they had a better color selection. The all black is rather stark.

My first fitness tracker. I was looking for something sleeker than a smart watch that tracked my fitness/heath and provided notifications from my calendar/texts. Some folks have an issue with paying for Premium to access the entire experience while others are Google averse. I find I get everything I need from the free iFit app and Google is what it is. For me, its a sleek & powerful tool that fits the bill.

Had the same issue another reviewer had with setting up the device. If you’ve EVER had another Fitbit in the past no matter how long ago, it will put you in a never ending loop of sign -in to Fitbit account -> move Fitbit acct to Google -> and the loop starts all over again. Tried chat. Waste of time. Returning product.

I purchased this to replace my old Fitbit, the screen died after 18 mo.. I purchased this one in January of this year (2024) I have once again been a victim of the black screen.... I can still read stats on my phone but thats not what I paid for. don't waste your money on Fitbit..... Very disappointed

I wish I had read the negative reviews, but I loved my old Fitbit, and when it died, my husband bought me a Apple watch, and since I broke the screen on it, I decided to go with the Fitbit Charge 6, same as we bought our daughter last year. She has had no problem with it using her android phone. I have spent I don't know how many hours over all, but 4 hours straight today trying to make it work with my iPhone, SE, and nothing I do, including pay for the app will get it to work.

The first Charge 6 was defective (wouldn't hold charge) after 7 weeks. Had to send in old one before I received a replacement. Received the second (replacement) Charge 6, and the wrist bands would not attach (replacement was defective). After spending hours with customer service sending photos back and forth, they agreed to send another replacement, but not until they received this one back. So, yet a another trip to the FEDEX store to send this one back and wait for yet another replacement to be sent. Horrible customer service. I should have just returned the item to Sam's for full refund. Do not buy from Fitbit/Google! I won't even go into the fact that you CANNOT use Google wallet if you have an iPhone. No where is this explained.
