I bought this to replace a Fitbit Charge 6 that I accidentally shattered. I wear it on my ankle because I've found it does a better job of counting steps than when I wore it on my wrist. I've had a Fitbit for over 7 years - I also wear an Apple Watch on my wrist. They each have their pluses.

Nice slim design and works well. I replaced a no name watch that had a much bigger face and I like this better. It is comfortable and looks good. I recommend.

Had to replace my old Fitbit, and got the best deal at Sam's online. It arrived one day later than originally told, but shipping details were kept current, so I knew. Love that I get an extra band, just in case (which I've had to use in the past). My new Fitbit is great!

We had the Charge 5 and they were 2.5yrs old. They weren't functioning as well and weren't holding a charge well anymore so figured we would upgrade. Didn't want a full smart watch so figured we would try these. So far it's working much better and gives us the functionality we want.

This is probably my 5 FitBit. Each one last shorter than the last and are too complicated to be useful. I only bought another Fitbit just like the last one because I'm old and didn't want to learn to operate a different device. It is supposed to do all sorts of things but most require a higher monthly fee. Batteries don't last as long as the larger models.

A little pricey even on sale, but versatile and fun. Pretty easy to use. Haven't upgraded to premium but it does a lot without it. Easy to keep track of steps and heart rate. I really like the sleep monitoring feature where it breaks down how much and the quality of your sleep. It motivates you to get moving and set goals. Great for athletes or for us couch potatoes. I even lost a couple pounds from the holidays.

Walked 5 miles, Fitbit said I walked 3.4 miles. Even after connecting with maps. Very disappointed with this watch. Motivating if you don’t mind all the inaccurate information about your exercising

Got this to try sleep tracking with SpO2 monitoring. The watch never tracked my sleep properly at all, usually only tracking about an hour of sleep. Never got a single SpO2 reading. So it's useless for me for my intended purposes. Regarding other features: never got any message notifications, and my time zone never updated automatically when I traveled, and I travel for work almost daily. I have a Pixel 7, so it ought to be compatible.

I was very happy with my Charge 6 for about a week. It went totally black and had to be reconnected. Another week went by and the same thing happened. Right now it is totally black again and I haven't been able to reboot it. Seems every time Google updates it this happens. I would not recommend this product until they work some kinks out of it.

Terrible product - stuck with a red circle of death when I just tried to do the initial setup. Tried multiple alternatives and work arounds I found on a fitbit forum for this product - none worked. Found a LOT of people were having the same issues and were unable to ever get it to work, so I returned the product. My first Fitbit lasted 2+ years but since then it has been a year or less. We are giving up on Fitbit and probably investing in Apple watches for our family. The pathetic quality for the price paid for Fitbit now is ridiculous. They could hold so much of the market if the products just worked consistently.
