I bought this vacuum a year ago and it worked great for the first month. After that I was so disappointed. I do have a dog with longish hair, which is why I purchased this model, but it doesn't work. It constantly looses suction and the smallest amount of hair clogs it up. I even tried vacuuming more often 2-3 times a week to see if that would help, so it was never vacuuming up a lot of dog hair at one time, and it still would stop working. I followed all the care and maintenance instructions and it just doesn't work. This is the second cordless Dyson vacuum I've owned, the first one I had, after using it for about a year, the power only would last maybe 10 minutes. I thought I had done something wrong so I decided to give Dyson another chance and I regret that decision. These vacuums are expensive, I've had two and have been disappointed in the performance of both. They do not work as advertised. I do not recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my pet vac a few weeks ago, and with 2 labs I am amazed at how well it cleans the floor. I also use it under my bird cage. It is a little more challenging sucking up seeds, but it works with a little effort. Dog hair is a breeze.

I have a golden retriever and dog hair is an issue. NOT ANYMORE!!! My house is cleaner than ever! So easy to go from floor to carpet, no changing attachments constantly, and very comfortable handling. would recommend to anyone and everyone. Thank you Dyson!!!

The best vacuum we have ever purchased. Powerful suction and lightweight so it's easy to use with no bags to purchase. One charge does all our hardwood , ceramic and area rugs in our 2300sq ft home plus cleaning is very easy with no canister or electrical cord to deal with. We are both 60 and wish the V10 had been around when we were in our 30's with kids. Exceptional quality at a very reasonable price.

This Animal does it all. Picks up all off multi-surfaces - carpet - vinyl - wood - without a lot of fussing changing settings. I have a VERY large dog - does a great job on dog hair. Light enough to lift and clean walls and hard to reach places with accessories. Power settings are perfect - fast adjust from light to tough suction vacuuming. Easy canister clean up - empties completely with ease - dog hair and all. All in One!

We recently purchased the DC V10 to upgrade from our DC25, which still works fine after about 10 yrs, and are very pleased with its performance so far.

I am giving my old Dyson V8 to my son, so I upgraded to the V10. It's got all the great features my old Dyson had but better. I'm happy, and my son is happy too!

very well. The unit was getting tired so we bot the V10. And of course it has renewed my enthusiasm for the product. Very powerful works very well, and it continues to be the best vacuum on the market.

Plus silencieuse que la V6, bonne performance devrait être assortie d'une brosse pour plancher de bois, nous avons du débourser une bonne somme pour acheter l'accessoire, dommage car le produit est très bon.

This unit is so light and runs forever on a charge. And it transitions perfectly from carpet to floor. I have the Absolute 8 and this one is very slick and has great improvements. Would highly recommend.
