Smashed carton.

Upon pickup from the Bowling Green, KY store, the box was smashed as if run over by a truck, returned vacuum to customer service for a full refund.

misleading

Photos show that it with a mini cleaning head but it did not come with that part. Very misleading. The vacuum works great just be aware of what it comes with.
