I bought a month ago and love it! Extremely disappointed that the hard floor soft fluffy brush head wasn't included. C'mon man, we purchase for hardwood floors and the box even indicates it's safe on hardwood floors.

Not ergonomically friendly. It's been 72 hours as well and the filter has yet to dry. At the price they sell it for, you would think they would include an extra filter. Haven't been able to vacuum for three days now.

I was impressed with how much cleaning power it had on my few remaining carpets. I bought it mostly for my hardwood floors. You don't need to run it on high speed ,if you do the battery will only last about 15 minutes.
