Lady called; she couldn't make it. Didn't tell me I had 24 hours to get another installer or lose the fee. I read paperwork and assembled myself.

i really liked this couch , but after a month it started falling apart there making it so hard for me to return the item

Luis did such a great job of assembling the sectional for me and making everything look nice. Even though many reviewers of the sofa had said it was easy to put together, I was so happy to have the option to add "furniture assembly" to my order, so I didn't have to think about it anymore. I have never used such a service before, but my experience with Luis will get me to use Handy again and specifically ask for him to take care of future Handyman's jobs around the house. I was very pleased to give him a very healthy tip for his courteous and thorough service, including removing the big heavy sectional boxes to the trash. THANK YOU LUIS!

Getting information about delivery and assembly coordination from Handy was a huge hassle but the person who did the assembly, (JESSE L.) went above and beyond for me, did a super job and I would recommend him to anyone in PA who needs help with delivery and assembly.
