Seems to be high quality. it is bolted down to the concrete slab with half inch anchor bolts. pretty stable. back board is real glass. rim is spring assisted and rim is heavy duty. this is one of the best purchases ive made in a few years.. yes i ordered two !

The unit we purchased appeared to have been opened and taped shut. After fully assembling the Basketball hoop, we noticed the height adjustment sticker that goes on the crank adjustment assembly was missing. I contacted customer service via chat and they promptly mailed me one. My son loves it and is usually out there every day after the Texas heat relents.

Directions were clear and I used both booklet and YT video. Impressive curb appeal when all said and done. No complaints so far. You can assemble it mostly by yourself until you need to attach the backboard and lift it up into place. Comes in 1 box. Just level out your concrete plate and the rest will level out when installing - no need to monkey with the nuts. Only concern or curiosity I have is bolt AEO on the base plate has no instructions for final assembly. Not sure the purpose of it. Post does have wobble after shots but this does not affect the game. It’s awesome and a lot of fun.

Bought an inground hoop for my son. Upon installation we misplaced the height adjustment sticker. I emailed lifetimes customer service and received a quick response and solution.

Originally bought a different Lifetime basketball product used on Amazon which arrived without instructions, scuffed up, and missing parts! Was a blessing in disguise. Returned that lemon and found a better version on sale at Dick's and saved $500.

I am surprised and so impressed. Unfortunatelly my backboard broke after two month of use. That company sent a new backboard after one week a new one! AND...i am living in germany. AMAZING!

Alex provided tremendous support after our backboard shattered. I thought getting a replacement would be a nightmare. Thank you for getting us back on the court!

This in ground goal is so much better than the others in strength, and the backboard is much more realistic as well. I also like that it is bolt down, so it can be removed without a lot of hassle.
